The Decision Deck is a tool that brings clarity and creativity to your decision-making process. It came into being as a result of research for my M.A. in Leadership. I initiated a Collaborative Inquiry that looked at developing ways of becoming more comfortable with decision-making in ambiguity and making unconventional choices. I created the Decision Deck so that my research group, a collection of designers and coaches, could have something tangible to use. It turns out that lots of other people worldwide, like to use the Decision Deck too because honestly we all have to make decisions when life gets fuzzy. – Michelle Badejo
