Picture Card Set

road-768x768The picture card set is a tool that helps communicate, and organise thoughts into a story of how we would like a situation to progress. A clear picture of how a situation ought to unfold makes taking action on a decision less frustrating and of course less ambiguous. It can be quite tricky at first, venturing into your minds eye but once you make that first connection between the picture and your thoughts the story will emerge.

Our researchers found that as they developed strategies that deal with decision-making there was a internal sense of calm developing even before the decision results had become reality. Shifts in your internal can be tracked with the picture cards, and used as prompts for journal entries.
